I appreciate that Dr. O’Sullivan used topical anesthesia prior to the injections. She gave me a running commentary on what she was doing, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dental surgery is never fun, but I felt like it was made less painful to my concerns as well as to my pocketbook! Services were handled in a very professional manner.
