I was embarrassed to go in there because of my teeth. They made me feel very comfortable. Everything was explained to me to where I understood exactly what was going on and I hope when I go back there for the physical work that I’m just as comfortable as I was today.

They are always so helpful and kind. I have a difficult mouth and they are doing all they can to make my dentures comfortable.

I was impressed with the facility. The waiting area was tidy, clean and orderly. The receptionist was welcoming, cheery and helpful. The staff in the treatment area were professional yet warm, friendly and informative. They answered my questions, provided me with written instructions to leave with. I had less interaction with the dentist but he was informative on the X-ray findings, treatment options and what each procedure would involve. The office manager, Bill, was engaging, fun and informative and I enjoyed our interaction. The only thing I felt was missing was staff introducing themself by providing a first name and their role in my treatment/care. I asked the dentist his name and I had talked to the office manager on the phone earlier in the week but I did ask his name just to verify it was the same employee I had talked to on the phone.

The staff was very friendly and they were able to take care of my tooth problem the same day.

Wonderful staff! Highly recommend this office! Very easy process to go thru!
