Dr. Kevin Kunz, DMD found his calling in an unlikely place: a high school welding class. After earning first place at the California State Welding Finals in 2010, he recognized that the precision, meticulous attention to detail, and satisfaction of skilled hands-on work were exactly the qualities that define great dentistry. Today, he brings that same exacting standard to every patient, delivering care with genuine empathy, honesty, and a commitment to excellence that goes well beyond clinically acceptable. His goal is simple: to make a meaningful, lasting difference in the lives, smiles, and self-confidence of everyone who sits in his chair.

Dr. Kunz earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University before completing his dental education at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Arizona, earning his DMD in 2022. His passion for implant dentistry took root during dental school, where he earned the prestigious Dental Implant Student Award from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) for outstanding achievement in treatment planning and implant prosthetics.

Committed to mastery, Dr. Kunz has completed more than 400 hours of advanced specialty training in implant dentistry, including the AAID Maxicourse (300+ credit hours), Implant Pathway Fast Track, oral conscious sedation, international sinus grafting, the Zest Masters Overdenture program, and the Locator Fixed Fellowship. He has also met the rigorous requirements for induction as an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), a recognized mark of expertise in implantology.

When he’s not helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles, Dr. Kunz enjoys quality time outdoors with his wife and three children or cruising country roads on his motorcycle.
