Amazing experience

Checking in?, it wasn't the best experience. But I think it was miscommunication.. but got it worked out.. It had to do with insurance After getting back in the room to get our consultation. Everything was great. The doctor was awesome. The lady that helped us back there that took my husband's x-rays, and all of the above was awesome. Couldn't ask for a better professional people .. The nicest doctor the nicest lady that helped us once we got in the back. AND come to find out, some way, somehow, and i'm thinking it's because they looked up my husband's social security number.They had his insurance. So the experience was not off to a good start .. But once we got in the back with the dentist and the lady that helped , it was awesome. Relaxing calm very helpful.

I just got my dentures last year and this was all new to me. My first couple of times… The people working in the back were really nice…but at that time I felt as if the office staff working upfront answering the phones and scheduling appointments were not that friendly in person or on the phone… I don’t know if they have different people now or what… But now the last probably three times I’ve gone in… Everyone has been exceptional..😊😊😊

Grove ADD had very professional employee's that acted like they cared and loved their job. I appreciated the way I was treated. The dentist examined my mouth very diligently and explained to me what the plan was, it was executed with a wonderful outcome! Overall everything went smooth and I am very satisfied with my new smile. Thanks to all involved with my dental plan. C.Bond
