How can you say that it dental experience was good? Well I can certainly say my dental experience was very good. I was given a lot of special attention and good explanations. Brittany was certainly kind and considerate enjoyed working with her.

All the staff is friendly and informative. They let you know what to expect in advance and are willing to work with you to make you comfortable. Dr. Tewis is is outstanding. He makes you feel at ease during your visit. Great job.

*update* just wanted to update my review! I had the pleasure of working with Laura (I believe that was her name, so sorry if not) yesterday, and she went above and beyond to fix the issue I was having, and has also setup a follow up appointment to fix another issue. She was so kind, helpful, and explained everything I had questions on. I hope to work with her this entire journey. HIGHLY recommend her! Also, all of the other staff was super kind, per usual. They really do make sure to fix any issue, and I can’t be thankful enough for that. 🩷 I will continue to update through out my journey!

I went to this location based off of the reviews, but I do wish I would have done more research. I have been unhappy with my immediates, and the way they look, and have voiced that on more than one occasion, but have kinda been ignored. I also didn’t fully understand the “temps to permanent” process, but each time I asked I was given different answers. At the beginning I was told I had my temps until my gums healed, then would get my permanent set (2 sets). But then later I was told I stay in my temps, and they just make adjustments (1 set). But again, my temps do not look great, so that was concerning to hear. I also felt somewhat rushed during my adjustment, and when I told the woman working with me about the issue I was having she looked very confused, and didn’t really respond. I was originally told I could make adjustments to the teeth, etc. After doing a deep dive on social media I’m starting to wonder if my concerns about how the teeth look are being ignored so I’ll pay for a new set (again). I really hope that isn’t the case, but I will update this review through this process. Anyone reading this going through this journey, just do your research. The front desk staff, and the actual dentist were great, and very kind. Hoping this all turns around, but so far this hasn’t been a great experience. And I HATE leaving bad reviews. 😕

They made the process really simple, from financing to extraction to having new teeth. Super pleased

I started the process of getting implants for complete dentures on my lower jaw on December 31. It has been a long process, and I’m about halfway through. But everything is going according to plan. The staff is very helpful and supportive, and I’m looking forward to the day when the process is complete. They also do general dentistry. My cleaning appointment for my upper teeth is next week.
