Affordable Dentures & Implants, New Bern

Every interaction and experience was top notch. Ashley is amazing and very helpful and experienced. Dr. Simpson and Daniyah were very lovely during my extraction, and Dr. Muhammad was so wonderful during my initial consultation. I work at a community clinic and I will be recommending their services for my patients. 10/10 will go there again.

Friendly and courteous and affordable

I received my dentures at the Affordable Dentures facility in New Bern NC during the first week of July, 2026. I’ve experienced nothing but excellence in any and all pertinent categories from both Ashley the Dental Assistant and the Dentist, Dr. Dahlia Muhammad . By the time I’d both visited for the fitting and then returned for the try-on, I felt like I had met two friends. Ashley and Dr. Muhammad operate the New Bern, NC office with the utmost care and dedication. Dr. Muhammad is so pleasant, encouraging, and wants the very best outcome for you, she is truly dedicated to having you walk out of that office with nothing but a beautiful smile! Her professionalism and strive for excellence is what has been going back this week. She wasn't completely satisfied with the first set and wanted me back to reevaluate and reissue another pair of dentures. You can tell from your first greeting from Ashley that she loves her job and is very proud of the organization. She ran the gamut from thoroughly explaining the process in advance and as we progressed from one step to the next, making the tray, performing the fitting, scheduling my come-back for the final step of trying on the created dentures and the return back to pick up the finished product. Ashley assisted me with the financial application with CareCredit, she explained the care of both my dentures and gums, demonstrated how to apply the paste, and organized me a take-home ddbag with everything I’d need for my new journey with an almost perfect smile. Because there was a bit of an issue with the centering of the dentures and frankly, because both Dr. Muhammad and Ashley are perfectionists, I’ll be returning this week for another visit. Dr. Muhammad However, because of the personalities of both Ashley and Dr. Dahlia, I’m actually looking forward to going to the dentist! I have to say that’s an absolute first for me. The cleanliness of the office, restrooms, and procedure rooms is above reproach. The patience and positive vibe that you feel, the genuine care and compassion that you experience at the office, and the promise of support was a tremendous comfort to me. I’d recommend this location hands down over what my son and other family members experienced at the Wilmington, NC location. Final thought is just sincere gratitude to the New Bern, NC Team at Affordable Dentures. You've made me a smiling lady once again!

Affordable dentures in New Bern is somewhere i would recommend to anybody. I am extremely anxious about going to the dentist. I thought id need something to help me relax but i was wrong. Ashley is AMAZING!! She made sure I understood what was going to happen and the cost. She held my hand during the procedure and kept me calm by talking to me. Dr. Simpson is amazing himself. He made sure I was comfortable and numb. I didn't feel any pain at all. Just pressure, which is completely normal. I might have left with 3 less teeth and a numb mouth but I had a smile on my face. Ive never had such a good experience at the dentist. Thank you, Ashley and Dr. Simpson for taking such good care of me!!! Ill see you soon to finish the rest of my treatment plan!😁😊
