Great staff, warm caring environment. I had not been to a dentist in years because of trauma from my last visit. I needed a tooth removed and I was terrified. I called and they said they did extractions. I went and Dr. Keith Fetterolf pulled my tooth in less than 2 minutes and I never felt anything. As long as he is there I will give all my business to him. Because of him I’m going to start getting my smile more beautiful. Thank you to all of them in that office. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Fetterolf and his support team surpassed all my expectations, expertly extracting 14 teeth in 38 minutes and I didn't have any discomfort, despite using a bare minimum of pain pills over the past 3.5 days. For any prospective denture patient in the Raleigh area, this Garner location is THE BEST, and I have been a dental patient in NC, FL, CT, MA, TX, CA, and IL, over a total of 68 years of having natural teeth. I actually look forward to the rest of the process of getting 100% "Affordable Dentures" over the next year.

Very good experience with my dentures. Of course, a little tweaking but overall experience was good!

Excellent staff! The dentist is awesome and shows a lot of empathy. I did not experience much pain … at least nothing unbearable. Even when getting needles put into my gums, the dentist has a way of inserting it where it does not hurt. I would not recommend full sedation when getting your teeth pulled. The dentist pulled three of my teeth out same day and I didn’t even know the teeth were removed until after he told me. I didn’t need full sedation or the sedation pills they give you prior to surgery. I do recommend following the instructions on taking any antibiotic pills the dentist prescribes. The dentist prescribed antibiotic pills to me and I did get an infection that caused my face to severely swell and ended in ER two days after surgery. This WASNT caused by the medication; it was because I did NOT follow the instructions to take the medication prior to surgery as dentist instructed. So this WAS NOT dentist fault.

My whole experience has been nothing but awesome and positive at the Garner location. I would definitely recommend this office and dentist to everyone who needs dental implants or dentures..
