I had an experience with an Affordable in Charlotte, NC and swore I'd never go to another one, but after hearing such good things about the location in Fayetteville, NC I gave it a try and I was not disappointed. Everyone was very nice and the pains the ladies in the lab went through to make sure my smile was almost perfect, was very refreshing. Thank you Ladies.

​As a top Local Guide, I keep it 100% real. Getting dentures is an emotional investment—you’re dropping serious cash to get your smile back. My journey here was a complete rollercoaster, but it ends with credit where credit’s due. ​The Good: The front desk receptionists are wonderfully friendly and helpful. My first tech, Courtney, and the doctor were both genuinely nice and welcoming right out of the gate. ​The Rough Patch: When pickup day arrived, the wheels completely fell off. The tech basically popped the dentures in my mouth, didn't hand me a mirror to check them, and sent me out the door like a drive-thru order. Result? Zero suction on the roof of my mouth. They wouldn't stay in with all the glue in North Carolina. ​When I went back for an adjustment, they threw in a softliner, slathered on glue, and told me to wait a month to see if that worked. Then came talk of charging $480 for a reline on a brand-new $2,000 set that clearly needed to be remade, not patched up. I was heartbroken, frustrated, and couldn't even wear my new smile. ​The Turnaround (The Update): Enter Telisa (I believe that’s her name). She actually listened, stepped up, and advocated to make things right. They brought me back in and completely remade the set at zero extra cost. ​Are they 100% perfect yet? Not quite—they still need a little fine-tuning to sit just right. But knowing the team took accountability and worked with me to fix the root problem made all the difference in the world. ​Thank you to the ladies who stepped up to help me get my smile back. It took some bumps in the road, but I truly appreciate an office that will stand by their work and take care of their patients!
