Very professional

My initial visit went well. Dentist and staff were friendly, efficient and competent. They answered my questions and I experienced no high pressure to decide on the most expensive solution to my teeth replacement.

I was very nervous about this whole experience but it turned out to a excellent choice and I was so impressed with doc confidence a Bout what he does so im saying loud and proud thank you 🤗

Professional…..knowledgeable……caring and affordable. I highly recommend Dr. Kimble and his staff. Was apprehensive about implants, but I found it to be the best choice with little to no, pain!

I experienced an incident where after a crown & implant for tooth #2, fell out just a few weeks after insertion. Sept 2023. The doctor attributed this to the bone marrow not growing as well in the shorter time frame . However he did agree to provide a redo for this implant for no charge. This was just completed a couple weeks ago on August 14th, 2024. As of now i am satisfied with this successful completion and feel that my dentist was very professional in handling this unusual incident. However, i still believe that this dental office is under staffed and that it needs better office management since all the actual dental work is done by one dentist . And this requires a very tight precise schedule that there is little room for solving problems & or unseen additional treatments that may occur!

Everyone in the St. Charles office is great! They explain everything in detail and will keep adjusting until everything is perfect. They were able to give me a beautiful smile before my wedding, I highly recommend the St. Charles office!

Had a very good consultation! Everyone was very nice and I knew they were listening to me and not pretending to be, or talking over me. There was absolutely no pressure to make an appointment right then. The free consultation is a very nice bonus! I will be going back!
