I respectfully believe there has been some misrepresentation and it has been unfortunate, I would like to speak to the business manager to try to find resolution and fairness to everyone. I have found Affordable Dentures and Implants to be professional but maybe reacting in ways about history that is inaccurate and doesn’t have anything to do with the present and our relationship. Could someone please call me to schedule a meeting? I am hoping we can find answers and resolution in a professional manner. Thank you for the opportunity.

Here I am again. I just had another check up/Implant cleaning. Same complaint - I can not bite anything hard or soft without my false teeth popping up from the bottom and down from the top. Nearly 2 years now and I still can not eat food unless it's soft, no crunchy vegetables, no biting through Strawberries, Bananas, Oranges, tomatoes, any kind of meat "unless it's ground to nearly mush" but I can eat cream soup and mashed potatoes. My ORIGIONAL complaint was "these are not my teeth" as there was an issue behind me the day the original impressions were made! The ladies got my impressions and another's impressions mixed up. At that very moment, new impressions should have been made, instead brushed under the rug. My teeth were pulled, false teeth put in place and nothing has been right since. My complaints were/have and continue to be brushed away with a "it takes time" or "give it a try." I purchased the ultra Premium - the false teeth should fit like a glove and I should definitely be able to eat food without it being crushed, minced, mashed, or creamed. My last appointment was 8/6/26, give it a try. I was very upset by this time as now the so called corrections made things much worse. Rough spots (some were smothed out) but not near all. Sometimes it takes giving the false teeth a try because doing nothing is one thing but eating and drinking is another. Eating is practically a no with my false teeth in place now. As I said I was upset by this time - I used 2 choice words describing my discust - 2 years now on my anniversary I can not enjoy a meal out (steak) with my husband. I also said I'll go somewhere else to get a set of teeth to fit me! It's what I didn't say that matters!!! Ultra Premium, you get your starter set of false teeth, then new impressions to get the final set after gums are healed, better warranty on the false teeth. I just delt with the imperfections knowing or should I say THINKING I was going to get a new set of false teeth when my gums were totally healed. That definitely was not the case! They made new impressions of only the bottom teeth. No new top teeth but hey I've not got an over-bite now, that I never in my life had before! I learned to just deal with poorly made false teeth! At present my gums are raw in 3 places and the corrections made are very rough that you can even feel with your fingers. If I were to go back chances are I would be met with the exact bull I've dealt with already and knowing nothing would actually be corrected. My extreme distrust is definitely warranted.
