I had a great experience, staff were welcoming and could not fault them until I tried to get a emergency appointment the next day to fix the dentures . The tech had struggled to get them to fit and after a few tries they seemed okay. Unfortunately by the evening I had to remove them due to pain. When I called the next morning I was met with a few negatives, can't fit me in, short staffed, overbooked which I realize can happen but just to fob me off was disappointing. I just would have preferred being met with So sorry you are having discomfort, let's see how we can help but it was a " can't help you attitude". Not I suggest you try this or something....I said I am disappointed and put the phone down. Leaving for overseas with dentures that can't be adjusted. It would be 5 stars but they didn't see the job through to satisfaction so dropped a star
