I had a good experience the staff is wonderful

The day before my visit my dentist gave me a price of $1,250.00 for a simple tooth extraction and about $2,000.00 for upper and lower partials.

Imagine my surprise when you gave me a quote of $129.00 for my extraction and a similar price for the partials but of a hogher quality.

My questions were answered and I felt at ease with the staff. I was treated with respect.

So glad I called.

Went in yesterday for an adjustment to my new dentures.. They worked very hard to accommodate me! I left with better fitting dentures, and a whole lot of graditude!!! And,also to mention, the staff is awesome!!

The staff is awesome and friendly. Shaunta was excellent as she was able to customize my experience and made me feel comfortable . The other staff exhibited outstanding service as well. I would recommend anyone that’s wants implants to affordable Dentures and implants. However, on June 27, 2026, when I had my surgery, I did not appreciate the surgeon dirty Lab coat. The coat was full of ink spots. It made me feel really uncomfortable to have someone perform surgery on me in that dirty attire. Because of the professionalism of the staff I stayed and had my surgery performed.

Called for an emergency visit was there the previous day 07/24/2026 to tighten up my implant as always staff was great tech also filed down some irritating areas. things were feeling uncomfortable but just thought I just had to get use to it but the irritation got worse to the point that it started cutting into my tongue. I called the clinic and spoke with Deana who said there were no available appointments I asked if there were walk ins she stated the office doesn't do walk in or emergency visit she offered me an appointment 5 days later as I was asking if there was a waiting list she cut me off repeating the appointment she gave me. Before I could say anything else without saying bye have a nice day nothing to the affect she literally hung up on me. I work in the medical field also and we would never treat our patients like that I have spent over $10,000 there and that payment did not include blanton rudeness or disrespect. I did not deserve such treatment.

When I walk into the office the staff speaks and call me by name. Throughout the surgery the doctor continues to ask if I am okey. The scary experience was very pleasant. I was told what was happening and what to expect. They were very polite and professional. 😊

The medical office and staff were very professional and kind. The doctor handled my procedure with precision and expertise; moreover, he was gentle. I was very pleased with the results.

Dr And staff have been nice to me. Alana and Dr Nuri have been with me throughout my dental journey. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental care.
