Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish!! I recently visited this Affordable Dentures location for a tooth extraction & to discuss additional dental work that I would like to have done in the near future. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a receptionist who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, & kind. I immediately felt comfortable & knew I had made a great choice coming to this location.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the receptionists or the nurses I interacted with during my visit, as I had the pleasure of speaking with several different staff members. However, every single person I encountered was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, & genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a positive experience.

Dr. Rice was the dentist who performed my extraction & also took the time to discuss the additional dental work I am planning to have done at my upcoming appt. Dr. Rice was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, & thorough when explaining everything to me. He took the time to answer all of my questions & address any concerns that I had. The nurse assisting him was just as amazing! She was incredibly friendly, kind, & reassuring throughout the entire process. Together they made what could have been a stressful & uncomfortable experience feel so much easier.

One of the things I appreciated most about my visit was that not once did anyone make me feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, rushed, or like I was being a burden. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly, & every concern I brought up was addressed with patience & understanding. I never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone by asking questions or needing additional explanations.

Another thing that truly stood out to me was how much time & consideration they gave me when discussing my future dental work. They actually allowed me time to think about the different treatment options, & time to speak to my husband about my upcoming appt. At no point did I feel pressured to make an immediate decision, choose a more expensive option, or agree to dental work that I did not feel was necessary. They made sure I understood my options & gave me the time I needed to make an informed decision that I was comfortable with. That level of patience, honesty, & consideration means so much, especially when making important decisions about your dental health.

The entire staff was also knowledgeable & had a wonderful way of explaining everything in terms that were easy to understand. I never felt confused, intimidated, or hesitant to ask a question. Dr. Rice & the nurse assisting him were especially wonderful about taking their time with me. Even during the extraction, I never felt like they were trying to rush through my appt just to move on to the next patient. They genuinely made me feel like my comfort, concerns, & overall experience mattered.

It was such a refreshing experience to visit a dental office where every single staff member treated me with kindness, respect, patience, & compassion. Unfortunately, that is not always the experience people have when visiting a dental office, which makes it even more important to recognize an office that goes above and beyond for its patients.

I am extremely thankful that I chose this particular location, & I feel very confident about returning for my upcoming dental work. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone considering tooth extractions, dental implants, dentures, or similar dental procedures.

Dr. Rice, the wonderful nurse who assisted him, the receptionists, and every other staff member I encountered deserve recognition for the outstanding care and customer service they provide. You all made what could have been a stressful experience into an incredibly positive one, & I sincerely appreciate the time, patience, and kindness you showed me.

The staff and procedures are top notch! The prices are totally affordable and worth more than every penny. I finally found a place I feel valued and enjoy going to, just like going to see friends. All of the staff enjoy their work and their amazing friendly attitudes are "just what the doctor ordered". I just wish that other doctor offices were like this. I couldn't ask for anything better from this place. 20/10 I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Y'all rock!!!

A little pricey , but they took care of me in a very timely manner. The young lady whom fixed my denture was a blast. She kept me informed, and sang Blonde music. She took excellent care of me. The receptionist was equally a pleasure to do business with. Hopefully I will not need them for quite awhile , but if I do I will choose these folks.

I am so pleased starting with staff they are very nice easy to communicate with!! I love my beautiful teeth! I can’t wait for surgery so I can start wearing them! I will take pics before and after! I am very pleased! I’ll be back to see you after my surgery!!! 😁😁

Everyone here is very professional and caring. They listen to your concerns and problems with your dentures and immediately find the solution and fix the problem. It is also a very relaxed environment which is not typical of a dentist office

Very friendly staff & Very affordable price

My experience with Affordable Dentures and implants was great. They was the friendliest & very caring about my comfort level throughout my whole visit. The dr was great. Dr took his time explained everything as he was doing it.
