First time visit to Rockford clinic , I give everyone I interacted with 5 stars, everything was explained well , treated great , smooth and efficient ! And the lab , excellent job repairing my denture !

All the ladies are quite nice. They listen to problems and resolve them quickly.

They were very professional and explained everything to me as they were doing things and the pain was very little and as they were doing the studs I felt no pain I would send anybody to them

On second set. Totally dissatisfied.....been going there over 10 yrs. Always courtious, happy... lost thier quality. Been hearing thier excuses since I got them..had 4 months ,been there 5 times,still fall out.am disabled vet,dont have alot of money to try and fix thier mistakes. Enjoy a nice smile !! Have had some issues with this set. Just not like first set. Want to charge me more to try and fix thier mistakes. Should have done rite in first place.. Warranty..??? How can have on something that was never rite ? EXCUSES is all I hear .. NOT AFFORDABLE ....

Getting the process started was a lot less intimidating than anticipated. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable working with them and looking forward to getting a new smile. Update after extraction. Wow them guys know what's up. Felt totally comfortable during the whole thing. They made it as painless and quick as possible. A+ to them. Would highly recommend

Had several issues Issue one was told in my initial interview that I would have the doctor‘s phone number in case anything or problems arose did not get that and yes, I did have to call in the day of my surgery and had to just go with my own because I was not recall back until the next day by a nurse Issue too, Dr indicated that the top teeth would line up the cracks in the top teeth. Would line up with the divide in the teeth so that the teeth would follow as they did. I will post a picture at the bottom which will show that did not happen either. Issue three I was given an appointment to try on the adjusted Dentures to make sure that they fit that they want to go for that. I showed up at the time they told me no I had the wrong time. It was four hours later. I came back four hours later to get that appointment as I had to wait around 40 miles away from my home And what I did bring back was the appointment card showing that I had come in originally at 9 o’clock at the point the time they had originally given me, but they had it wrong so and they told me that I was all wrong when I had the card from them showing that I was corrected with the appointment time Issue for I got my teeth. I needed an adjustment I called in just before four. It must’ve ended at 40 one as they said. I explained that I was going in for back surgery and I’d be in surgery for three hours because due to major back surgery, I needed an adjustment. The girl calls me the next day and says oh I can give you an appointment next Tuesday since I’m gonna have major back surgery. I can’t have it then I need it today. Oh, I didn’t know that when I called you but yet I explained very explicitly when I took and left my message that I was having back surgery and I needed an immediate appointment. Very disappointed with this whole situation. I don’t know how the teeth are gonna work out so far they’re not working out very good Not not a very happy customer. Update. Due to not being happy with upper denture, they made me a new upper denture. It has now been about two weeks of eating with them and i am happy they seem to be working much better than dentures without the posts. Thank you Heather! Due to no fall, Affordable Dentures I had to have my upper plate redone. I was extremely happy with the outcome. They fit great they look great. I could not be happier. Thank you Affordable Dentures.
