I love this office, Dr. Washington and my nurse that I get I keep forgetting her name but we always have a great visit there. They’re awesome and very friendly all the way to the first lady I met when I walk in at the desk very friendly It’s a good morning when you walk in and I always say good morning to everyone that’s in there then we get down to Business. I make them laugh and they make me smile. I can’t wait to get my permanent. I’m going to be a candidate for all commercials, posters, and anything else they are going to get me right where I can smile and not just tell a joke and didn’t have a steel face thank you guys.

Kind, reassuring and considerate staff works quickly, without you feeing rushed. Good communication. Ability to book online is a good feature. Wait time minimal, waiting room was calm and uncrowded. Good accesibility, if needed. Adjustments made promptly. Only suggestion is aesthetic enhancements to waiting room, like live plants, artwork, or aquarium to give office less of a clinical/corporate vibe, and perhaps calm anxious patients. Wish I had booked sooner. Would recommend to others.

I had to reschedule with no work did at this time. I'm waiting on my partial to come backback correct correctly.

Friendly and very professional was nervous , but they made me feel good

I have been taking my sister in law to see Dr. Washington for the past 3 weeks. She got impressions, had all of her teeth extracted, and is now wearing temporary dentures. Her permanent dentures should be ready in about 6 months once her mouth has settled. Her mouth is not swollen, and she said her temporary dentures are comfortable. The dentist made a slight adjustment yesterday to make them fit better. So far, we are very pleased. Dr. Washington is very personable and puts a patient at ease. The front desk receptionists and the technicians are all very kind and helpful. We’ve had to wait for a while, but you generally have to wait when you see most doctors. The care she has received has been well worth the wait! Frankly, I’ve been stunned at the remarkable progress made in 3 weeks.

I was referred to Affordable Dentures by a member of my church. I honestly was hoping to get back my dentures back the same day or within a few days. Unfortunately I had to wait a whole week, and to be completely transparent it was well worth the wait. I used to be a customer service representative so I’m very big on excellent customer service. That being said the customer service was top notch. I had a situation that could have went left but I thank God for the young lady at the front desk that literally came through for me. In a nutshell GOD IS GOOD, and I am extremely grateful, pleased and thankful. I WILL BE GOING BACK!
