Going to the dentist is never Pleasent but The staff is very knowledgeable of the services. There was no real long wait time the services that they offer are thorough and complete.

I needed to have some dental work completed quickly. I had a family event, and my regular dentist could not complete my dental care needs. My dentist contacted Dr. Simmons, and she added me to her schedule the following day. Dr. Simmons and her staff were both professional and caring. Thank you so much.

I previously left a very critical review because my original partial dentures were simply not functional. Although the front teeth were aesthetically acceptable, the appliance did not fit my bite properly, moved when I tried to eat, and did not provide functional upper molars. I was extremely frustrated because I could not properly chew my food.

I am happy to say that Dr. Simmons completely turned this experience around.

She took over my treatment, listened to my concerns, understood exactly what was wrong with the original appliance, and made sure I ultimately received a set of partial dentures that are aesthetic, properly fitting, secure, and—most importantly—FUNCTIONAL.

I now have actual upper molars that allow me to chew and eat normally. The new partials fit comfortably and securely, and I’m especially pleased that I don’t have conspicuous metal hooks/clasps showing and I do not have to depend on denture adhesive to keep them in place.

That is the outcome I was looking for from the beginning.

Beyond the dental work itself, Dr. Simmons was superb in her customer service. She and her staff treated me with patience, professionalism and genuine concern for making the situation right. She even made economic accommodations to ensure that my overall experience and final outcome were top-notch.

What began as an extremely frustrating experience ultimately became an example of excellent service recovery and accountability.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Dr. Simmons stepped in, took ownership of my treatment, and delivered a result that I am genuinely satisfied with.

I can smile, I can eat, and the appliance actually works.
