WOW THESE FOLKS ARE LIGHTING FAST. I AM BROKE NO JOKE. THEY MADE IT VERY EASY TO GET HELP AND I WILL HAVE A NEW SMILE IN A COUPLE DAYS. TECHNICALLY IS BEAUTIFUL!!

I am finally sharing my full experience and there are many pros and cons. Firstly I will say I got all of my teeth removed and received bottom and top dentures. Not knowing what to expect was my fault. So it has been a long and hard learning experience for me. I also got the cheapest dentures As the majority of the reason I got them to begin with was due to health and it was a need immediately, otherwise I would have saved and waited to get them. With that being said. My first set was immediate and was miserable to get adjusted, I had to go back ALLOT which is normal I guess. After months of pain and adjustments, it was time for my finals. This is where it really went downhill. The tech that made them, gave me a horse overbite and horrible fit. I was actually shocked at how different they were after MONTHS of adjustments and getting them to where I liked the look and feel. The tech attempted to fix them and pulled them in WAY to much. Every time the tech asked me what I felt about them, i would respond truthfully and she would respond to me with that She liked them. Completely gaslighting every step. I asked for a manager and Stephanie called me back that day and told me to come in to fix my tops. She Completely had my back and truly took ownership and didn't make months of my time and pain worthless. The girls in the office ESPECIALLY Steph are what held me together through this process, which left me crying home some days. The girls at the front desk are great and the dentist was great!! I do however feel that the woman making these dentures is incompetent and a gaslighter. I am happy where they have come to, of course I will always have some things that I feel could be better. But that's life. In the end they brought a smile back that I haven't seen in decades and I can't thank them enough for that. I again want to highlight the absolute gem Steph is, because if it wasn't for her I'd likely be talking to BBB by now!! I hope she gets a raise! The cons I have are scheduling pain appointments that are usually the next week, the phone system stinks if you don't have a direct number as well. All and all I'd recommend this location. Just make sure you fight for yourself if you have an issue. I am likely someone they see in their nightmares at this point, but we got it done together!!

Angelic made my appointment and she was Awesome, she got me in and was so helpful, The dentist and his assistant were Awesome as well, helped get me set up, from a dog bite to the face and mouth.. Thanks Again..

First appointment was on time, everything was explained well by Danielle and the doctor.

Everybody is so kind and efficient. They treated me like a king. they have gone above and beyond even my warranty to make sure I was taking care of each time. I called and explained my concerns ands they got back in touch with me quickly and was very proficient about setting up a schedule and when I showed up these golkd are great recommend them 1000%.

The staff was very helpful and kind , the tech was very understanding , way better then Aspen Dental
