All the staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. Like the dentures they made for me. When they do work for you and it needs adjusting or some lillte derail work done to it they aim to please you.

What a wonderful team they have! And Dr Bowen is truly the best of the best! He's so patient, kind, and honest! I am so glad I found this place!

My name is Kindhal, Kim is a nickname. Just so you know who I am. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I feel like I walked out with friends. I worked in the dental field for 10 years and I have only met one other dentist that treats the staff like human beings with respect and trust. He was so easy to talk to for me and so helpful. He spoke to me like a friend and that made the experience so much better. Also when he gives injections, I didn't feel anything! I was shocked and very pleased how gentle he was. I will definitely come back

My husband was in great pain when he woke up yesterday morning and I brought him here as soon as they open and was a walk in no appointment and they took care of him right then. Dr.Bowen and the staff were so amazing and Shelby really made it easy to check in and help us and Tiffany is a ANGEL 😇 she really took great care of my husband and even when she got off work and when I called with concerns she helped me with them. Staff and dentist were very professional, but the call center that answers their calls is very inadequate, uninformed and rude.

I was in for a consultation visit to get a complete set of dentures. The pricing was surprisingly very affordable. The staff was amazing, the doctor was very informative and I will recommend affordable dentures in Panama City Florida to anyone that I know who needs dentures.

First of all, disregard Ms. Bond's 1-star review below. I'll say what staff are too kind to say: Her 1 and only review, she lambasts staff for not accommodating her being 30 mins late because she went to the wrong location?? You can find your way around Google enough to find the phone number and post a review, but can't look up an address? Pleeaase 🙄🤦🏼 Now, getting dentures is a process. Didn't know quite how lengthy when I made the decision, but that's neither here nor there. Occasionally, after a visit, I was texted about posting a Review. I didn't feel I could give an honest, overall assessment until the entire process was complete. So here it is. I needed 19 extractions. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Bowen was already on tooth #3 while I thought he was still working on the 1st. He numbs you up good, but beyond that, he's THE most gentle dentist I've ever experienced. Additionally, his calm demeanor, manners, and Southern boy charm make you comfortable in his presence immediately. Had a wonderful medical doctor some years ago that I had great confidence, trust, and admiration in for his knowledge. He's no longer my doctor for 1 simple reason: his staff. Incompetence, consistently excessive wait times, and the unfriendliness finally made me move on. I say all that to say that the staff at AD&I are warm, caring, gentle, and respectful of your time. A big thank you and shout out to Shelby, Marlee, Lydia, Jenny, the lab team, of course Dr. Bowen, and the rest of the amazing staff. Things happen... even after a couple of unavoidable (not staff fault) hiccups that were not only resolved without issue or hassle, but with kindness and empathy. I even had to start completely over with my finals. But you know what, I could not be happier with my final set! They fit great, they look great, alignment is awesome... I could not be more satisfied. They only want for you to be completely happy with your new bionic chompers. I hope this review helps with your decision, I know I'm a happy customer.
