Dr. Wakefield and Melissa were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly accommodating with my 97‑year‑old mom, who accidentally dropped her lower dentures and broke them in half. Because of her age and health, getting her into a dental office is very difficult. I called around and shared a photo of the broken denture, and this was the only office willing to evaluate the damage without requiring my mom to be present.

They were honest from the start, explaining that their in‑house technician would need to examine the denture first and that there were no guarantees. Thankfully, they were able to repair it — and you can’t even tell it was ever broken. The cost was very reasonable, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast: same‑day repair.

My mom cannot eat without her lower denture, so this truly was a lifesaver. I highly recommend this dental office for their kindness, honesty, and exceptional service.

These guys are wonderful!!! They make sure we are totally happy!! They redid my bottom plate so I was happy!! They are so special!! So don't hesitate going to see them !!

I was pleased with the services the staff provided. I didn't meet the dentist but the assistants were very capable and resolved my issue.

I hardly leave reviews unless I receive bad service, this is not the case. I brought my mother for lower dentures to the Dunn Ave location. The staff were great! We had issues with her dentures and my mother just wasn't happy with them. The staff worked with us to make her happy! We understand the challenges of dentures on older clients, and they are in the process of making a new set for her. Great service, great staff! I highly recommend this company.

Friendly atmosphere clean office

Great experience on my first visit, I was very nervous when I first anrrived .Everyone at the office was nice and professional and it helped me to calm down. The dental assistant, Kenya., was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and Dr. Wakefield was very kind, knowledgeable, and calm. I definitely recommend this office.

When I say the best dentures I have had fit perfectly Love them I’ve never had dentures fit so comfortably. I’ve already had people ask me who did them and yes, I did tell them.

If you’re self conscious about your smile, Dr. Wakefield and his staff are AMAZING! I have never felt more confident than I do now. Very friendly staff, from the ladies at the front desk to Ms. Lilah who handled my impressions. Though I am a little scared to do the procedure in a few days, I know I’m in good hands. Procedure went well. Now teaching myself how to talk and eat again but it is going well. I feel like I got hit a great service and an excellent price.
