Very good explanation of treatment plan recommended, and why. Direct, not sugarcoated, detailed and clear explanation of procedure required to address my issues, and the choices I have available. Each choice was discussed and pros and cons of each option. Allowing my questions and concerns to be answered so I could make an informed decision. This office is Amazing. Lauren at reception is the Absolute BEST. She completely saved me so many problems by letting me know my insurance was about to lapse. I had no warning from Medicaid that there was even a problem. I was able to get to the root of the problem and now will not have a lapse and my other doctor appointments will be okay. Lauren saved my butt. The Doc was awesome to. He did not make me feel bad about the fact I had dentures at all. And even taught me things my other Dentist should have told me in the begining. After so many bad experiences my appointment today was the best one I have ever had at ANY dental office. I would be screwed without them in the next few days and would have not even known it until it caused me major problems the following week. Thank you for being so helpful Lauren you Rock! Somebody give that lady a pat on the back!💜💜💜😅
