A retired U.S. Army dental officer and clinical director, Dr. Walker brings decades of leadership experience across both military and private practice. While directing dental operations at Fort Lee, Virginia, he oversaw clinical services for more than 19,000 patients each year, led multidisciplinary teams and specialty clinics, and managed multi-million-dollar operational budgets. Under his direction, Army dental services achieved measurable gains in clinical efficiency, patient care outcomes, and overall performance.

Dr. Walker has advanced clinical training in implant-supported restorations, full-arch rehabilitation, digital dentistry, oral surgery, dentures, and dental sleep medicine. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. A Fellow of the International Dental Implant Association (FIDIA), he also holds advanced certifications in implantology and dental sleep medicine.
