DMD, General Dentist
Dr. Mitchell earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2019 and has been practicing dentistry ever since. He joined ADI in 2021 and is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient comfort and quality outcomes.
Dr. Mitchell’s clinical expertise includes extractions, dentures, dental implants, overdentures, fixed implant restorations, and full-sedation dentistry. He is committed to helping patients restore their oral health, function, and confidence through personalized treatment plans.
A member of both the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Mitchell stays current with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional involvement.
Outside the office, Dr. Mitchell enjoys attending Razorback football, basketball, and baseball games and is a passionate fan of the Oklahoma City Thunder. He and his wife are proud parents of two sons and a daughter and enjoy spending quality time together as a family.
Dr. Ike Carroccio

Dr. Ike Carroccio, DDS, is a dentist at Affordable Dentures & Implants in Springdale, AR. With 8 years of clinical experience and a background that bridges architecture and dentistry, Dr. Carroccio brings a rare combination of artistic vision and technical precision to every case. He has become known for handling complex full mouth reconstructive cases, where all aspects of dentistry come together under one carefully coordinated plan. Dr. Carroccio earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. He pursued extensive implant training through the UTHSC oral surgery program in Memphis and Lumio Dental, including a hands-on course in Mexico where he placed implants and provided dental care for underserved communities. That experience reflects both the depth of his clinical training and his commitment to giving back.
Dr. Carroccio holds a DDS from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture (BSLA). He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Student Dental Association (ASDA).
Dr. Carroccio came to dentistry through anything but a conventional path. He spent the early part of his career as an architect, designing beautiful spaces for others to build. He was good at it, but something was missing: he wanted to be both the designer and the creator. A chance project for a dentist sparked a realization that changed everything. In dentistry, he could design and build in the same breath, work with his hands every day, and genuinely improve someone's life in the process. His transition from architecture to dentistry came during one of the most challenging seasons of his life, as his 2-year-old son was battling stage 4 cancer. His son is now cancer free. That experience gave Dr. Carroccio a profound appreciation for the struggles people carry, and it deepens every patient relationship he builds. He cherishes the stories he gets to hear and the confidence he gets to restore, one smile at a time.

Dr. Maravich has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for more than 27 years. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in May 1999 and is licensed to practice dentistry in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.
Committed to staying at the forefront of dental care, Dr. Maravich is an active member of both the American Dental Association and the Oklahoma Dental Association. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Outside of the office, Dr. Maravich has been married to his wife, Meggan, for 31 years. Together they have raised four children—Brady, Brannon, Amelia, and Ayden. After years spent cheering on their children through basketball, dance, and cross-country events, Dr. Maravich and Meggan are now enjoying life as empty nesters and embracing this new chapter together.
