What impressed me most about Affordable Dentures & Implants was how thorough they were. They didn’t just look at the immediate work I needed done and rush forward. They took the time to look at the whole picture first.

In my case, their records showed that it might be too soon for my insurance to cover the treatment I needed. Instead of taking the attitude of, “Well, if insurance denies it, that’s the patient’s problem,” they stopped the process and had us contact my insurance company to verify the timing.

I’m very glad they did, because it turned out I was four months too early.

Rather than penalizing me or pushing me to move ahead anyway, they helped me adjust the plan and schedule the work for later, when my insurance would cover it. That ended up helping me make much better use of my benefits and significantly reduce my out-of-pocket cost.

That kind of attention and consideration means a lot. They could have easily passed the buck and said it wasn’t their problem, but they didn’t. They took the extra step to help make sure I was making the best decision financially as well as medically, and I really appreciated that.

The process was easy, the appointment times were honored and the staff was great! If you’re needing denture services, this is a good place to go!

Great experience

I had a poor experience here, the implants show through the gums which now looks like I have cavities.the implants on or in the bottom support the abutment are crooked. At one point the denture implant housing caused a tooth to be half the size of the other teeth, when I asked about it I was told by Brandy that was the best she could do. I do not think this is Brandys fault, I think you need to look into Bobs work. Brandy only can work with what she has. One side is shorter than the other the side that has a smaller tooth is so short food, and medicine get up under the plate. I think there should be be some type of person who sees over the work and I think I should have had an X-ray like Dr. Ike did when I was with him. I would never send people I know to your business..I will have to go to another office to get your work done right like it should have been done in the first place.. and you should have to pay for it. I have used DDS a couple of times and they have always been very nice and courteous. They do excellent work and my experience has always been excellent.

Awesome,Great service, Great people. I had a last minute emergency late Friday afternoon no one else would have done this but they got me right in and they fixed me up. I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Dr Dobby and the staff. They have treated me so well.
