Was nervous but staff said everything would be fine. They were absolutely 💯 . Wish I had this procedure done earlier. 12 teeth pulled and upper and lower dentures done within hour and half. Didn't feel any teeth pulled

Dr Rivera is wonderful! He is so kind and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their work. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I do have a little concern about cross contamination between patients because I wanted to add some of the denture adhesive sample they gave me to my lower and the assistant said she’d use her tube and took my bottom applied it directly to mine that had been in my mouth which is not sanitary and they used a denture brush on them that I know they use on everyone’s and they can’t be autoclaved and I don’t know how long they soak it to sanitize it between each use because it was left by the sink, so I was less than thrilled about that because I’d brought my own and could’ve done it myself. I also woke up Friday with a very sore throat after my visits Weds and Thursday and that’s likely where I picked it up after seeing how they use the same adhesive tube and brush on everyone’s dentures. But I’m very happy with them and I would recommend them and already have to others but I wouldn’t be mindful to use your own brushes and adhesives just for peace of mind to avoid possible cross contamination. They may have protocols to address these issues but I did not see them for myself, especially with that adhesive tube. So my only recommendation is that you insist on using your own and doing it yourself. But their prices are extremely affordable, and they clearly care about you being happy with your smile!
