Dr. Matthew Hendrickson
DDS, General Dentist
Dr. Matt Hendrickson has proudly served patients in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for more than two decades. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, he moved to North Texas as a teenager and graduated from Northwest High School in Justin, Texas.
He attended the University of North Texas in Denton, where he studied Biology and completed additional minors in Chemistry and History. Dr. Hendrickson earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas in 2001.
Dedicated to service both in dentistry and in the military, Dr. Hendrickson joined the United States Army Reserve at the age of 17 and served in the Reserves from 1991 to 2001. Following dental school, he entered Active Duty service with the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany with the 1st Armored Division from 2001 to 2004. During that time, he completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program, providing advanced training in comprehensive dental care. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Hendrickson served as a Forensic Odontologist based out of Landstuhl, Germany, and was a member of the European Disaster Mortuary Affairs Recovery Team. His service included participation in missions supporting military operations in Afghanistan.
After completing his military service, Dr. Hendrickson returned to North Texas and settled in Allen, where he has lived since 2004. He joined the company in 2005 and has remained committed to providing high-quality dental care and building lasting relationships with his patients and the community.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hendrickson enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and volunteers his time helping coach the children's class on Saturdays. Dr. Hendrickson is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while providing compassionate, personalized care for every individual he treats.
Dr. Randy O'Brien
DDS, General Dentist
Dr. Randy O'Brien has dedicated more than four decades to providing quality dental care to patients throughout Texas. Born in Paris, Texas, and raised in Garland, he graduated as an Honor Graduate from South Garland High School in 1975.
Dr. O'Brien continued his education at Eastfield College, where he earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree, before completing his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. He then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch in Houston, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 1983.
Since beginning his dental career, Dr. O'Brien has spent 43 years caring for patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. He owned and operated a successful private dental practice for 28 years before joining the company in March 2011. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to continuing education and professional excellence and has been recognized as a Texas Dental Association Goodfellow.
Dr. O'Brien is equally proud of his family life. He has been happily married for 39 years and is the proud father of three children and grandfather of six grandchildren.
When he is not caring for patients, Dr. O'Brien enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, a passion he has maintained for decades. In fact, he has taken opening day off for deer and dove season for more than 40 years. He also enjoys snow skiing, relaxing on the beach, and making memories with family and friends.
Dr. O'Brien values the relationships he builds with his patients and takes pride in providing compassionate, personalized dental care while helping each patient achieve and maintain a healthy smile.
