She has the best personality and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained what to expect during my consultation, and never made me feel rushed. Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude immediately put me at ease. She is truly the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable the moment you speak with her. Sadie thoroughly reviewed all of my treatment options and explained each plan in detail. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered every question I had. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated how comfortable and supported she made me feel throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Musashi, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made me feel genuinely heard. Rather than rushing through the appointment, she acknowledged my fears and questions and addressed them with compassion and understanding. She has a very calming and positive presence that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Musashi reassured me that I was in good hands, and I left feeling confident about my treatment plan and the road ahead. It is such a comforting feeling to know that I am under the care of a doctor who is not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but who also truly cares about her patients and their well-being. The entire staff at the Commerce location was friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. Going to a dental consultation can be stressful and emotional, but everyone there treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. This last week I had a tooth break at my gum line. Of course I was very very upset and didn’t know where to start. I called the Commerce location and they got me in the same day to remove the rest of my tooth as well as others in the back that were compromised, do bone grafting for future implants and create a partial to wear in the mean time. It was a devastating experience for me to have to go through but everyone was so sweet and supportive. They all helped make me feel more comfortable during a very difficult time for me. They even kept apologizing for me having to wait during the process, but I was just so glad they could fit me in and get things taken care of that day. The only thing I didn’t like is that I was not shown how I looked with the partial in before leaving. I didn’t even think about it until I got into my car and saw a part I didn’t like. I let it be at that time because I figured I could have it looked at another way or maybe I was being too picky and my emotions were so messy from having to have a partial made in the first place. The week has been difficult getting used to the partial and of course there has been pain, but I went in at the end of the week and had an adjustment made to give me a better and more comfortable fit. Cassie was so amazing during this adjustment and tried her best to meet my concerns and address the part I did not cosmetically like. I know it won’t be perfect and other adjustments can be made as I continue to heal, but I so appreciate her time and work in helping me. She is so comforting and patient and really listened to what I needed in order to make the adjustments I needed. I feel that the fit and look are both better after she adjusted things.
