Excellent service considering I did a walk-in for a tooth repair

After having a very bad experience at Smile Design Dentistry, I went to affordable denture for a tooth extraction and they did a great job and charged me less than what they originally quoted me.

Shout out to Austin at the front desk for getting me in so quickly and Nick in the back for explaining what they were going to do and being comforting during the extraction.

I would recommend them all day long.

Everyone seems friendly.During my surgery Dr Wood was Exceptionally Sweet, Caring & Professional and Nick was so AWESOME, Kind, Caring & Professional. The whole process was explained in detail to me by Nick & Dr Wood. I’ve been trying to get the bottom Dentures to fit properly without lifting up my gums. It’s been over two months and I still can’t get them fixed. I called today told them I want my money back or make me new plates and of course they’re ham hauling around and now I have to wait till 1 July because I’ll be gone for a month. I really like the way they look, but they do not fit. I sent. I took the Dentures back in supposed to get a full refund. I tried to talk to someone at the corporate office. Nobody’s calling me back so as far as the experience at the denture office in Port Charlotte, Florida the people there were great but corporate office isn’t answering my calls or calling me back.

I can’t say enough good about this place. I got upper and lower dentures. I never felt pressured to make a decision only supported. Everyone in the place is excellent and so knowledgeable. I feel like I’m going to see friends when I go there for any maintenance on my denture. I shopped around also before going and the prices are great too. I have had a great experience here and would recommend them to anyone.
