I have to be honest—I was very nervous and a little scared going in; However, Dr. Kuntal Pandit, DMD, was exceptional! He was highly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to clearly explain every step made me feel completely at ease. He is not only skilled, but also compassionate and truly dedicated to his patients’ comfort and confidence. Jennifer, the assistant, was phenomenal—attentive, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process. Brittany, the office manager, runs a very organized and welcoming operation, and you can tell she takes pride in both the staff and patient experience. Alysia at the front desk was outstanding—friendly, professional, and made everything seamless from check-in to scheduling. This entire team goes above and beyond! Brittney and Jennifer & the lab girl (idk her name) are absolutely AMAZING! They worked with me for two weeks it seemed to get my stuff right & finally did! They definitely deserve a raise!!

The ladies in the office are so sweet and kind and patient . The Dr is the best I’ve ever seen he immediately treated my infection and he made me feel very comfortable when I usually have horrible dental anxiety (which was never disclosed ) . If you need dental work and dentures or implants please go here , they’ll treat you immaculately

I am one who has always been scared of the dentist and when I came to affordable dentures, these people were awesome and made me feel so welcome. The doctor was on top of everything and did not hesitate to jump in and do what needed to be done! I highly suggest the Trussville office. You won't regret it at all!!

Affordable Dentures served me great getting dentures for the first time. Each person down the line from start to finish! From the front desk, to the two Managers, Mark and Brittney that worked with me, to the 2 girls Leanne and Jennifer that I know I wore out with adjustments! Dr.Patel is the best. He is kind and gentle, a good listener and a GREAT dentist.And the ones in the lab they make it happen. I didn't get one on one time with many of them but they did any correction I needed. They are ALL kind people and that means so very much in the denture process. Love them all!! They all are the best!!
