Pricing in Fredericksburg

My 85 year old mother needed 3 teeth and 1 implant removed, due to a failing bridge because of 2 failing teeth. She also needed 1 implant to help hold her new dentures in place. A mold was taken of her teeth. On Friday, April 10, 2026, all 4 teeth were removed, a bone graph was completed and 1 implant was completed. Her temporary denture was also placed an adjusted. Saturday, April 11, 2026 Day 2 since her teeth removal...Pain is being controled with 1 Tylenol every 6 hours. She said she feel some minor discomfort, but pain is being managed. She'll get her regular dentures after her mouth is fully healed in about 4-6 months. Price was reasonable (although dental work is costly). Total charge: Under $5,800 Quote from another office came in over $8,100. I will post again after her mouth has fully healed and we see how her dentures fit and look.

So far this has been a pleasant experience. I have been to several dentist and have paid them enough that I should already have a complete and beautiful smile but don't. Affordable Dentures has stepped up and was way cheaper than the other money grabbing practices out there! Highly recommend if you are looking for great affordable dentures!

The entire staff here are top notch. From the front desk to the dental assistants to the Dentist Doctor this place is awesome. I had a broken tooth that I had been ‘treating’ with Anbesol and Oragel for a week and that tooth finally exploded in pain. The tooth was broken diagonally, all the way down to the root on one side, so I knew it would have to be extracted. I have a friend named Danny, who used these people fifteen years ago to get a complete set of dentures. I was so happy to see my friend not in pain anymore. I made the appointment online last night, for 8:30 am this morning, and was expecting to have to wait days to be seen. I got there early and I was seen early. I knew my tooth would be awful to remove. Fifteen years ago at another dentist, I had an awful experience. Ten years ago, because I told that dentist about how my teeth simply did not want to come out, he cut the tooth in a cross pattern and removed the pieces one by one. That went far better. I told Doctor Zelleke all of this and he agreed, we would have to cut the tooth into pieces to get it out. Dr. Zelleke did a great job of numbing my tooth and my jaw. He really did have to work to get my tooth out but he did it in a controlled, fast manner. Now, five hours later, I write this review with no jaw pain. The after effect of Dr. Zelleke procedure shows he did exactly what was needed and nothing more. Dr. Zelleke used a piece of bone to shore up the hole left by the tooth and did a fast excellent job of stitching up the location. From being sure I would never get into a dentist before Friday, to professionally finished in less than two hours. I can go back to work tomorrow without my face wanting to explode off my head. Thank you to Dr. Zelleke, his great dental assistant and the ladies at the front desk too. I will definitely be going back there again when the need arises for sure.
