I had the most fantastic experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Mya at reception. The office itself is spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with the latest dental technology, which made me feel at ease right away. When I met Dr. Rafa, his professionalism and warm demeanor were apparent. He took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the procedure, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.It’s rare to see such a cohesive team that genuinely cares about their patients’ health and comfort. Thank you so much to Dr. Rafa, Mya, and Ashley for making what could have been a stressful appointment a surprisingly pleasant and educational experience. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit!

So I am in the process of moving to Nashville, & I got my dentures from an Affordable Dentures Office in Morristown, TN, over 5 years ago. I had fit issues with my primary set, and I had worn out my soft liner. I made an appointment online over this past weekend, selecting the first available slot on Monday morning, April 15, 2024. I was seen on time, got x-rays, & denture adjustments. Dr Rafa asked me if I wanted a new soft liner, & I said yes. After about an hour my dentures were as good as new and fit perfectly again. I went to the front desk to pay the bill, & was told it was free. Dr Rafa echoed that from the hallway. I understand that the company offers a free consult for first time denture customers. I did not expect it, as I'm not a first time denture customer. This location has only been open for about 4 months, and even if I wasn't moving to Nashville in December, my schedule has me here about 50% of the time - so after the excellent appointment that fixed all my issues at this location, I will be using this office only going forward. I have used 2 Affordable Dentures Offices in East TN, but the standard set at this office is better in every way. Thank-you Dr Rafa & Staff!

I had a great experience here!! Dr. Rafa and Mya were super friendly and welcoming and made the experience very comfortable. They walked me through every step of my service and were very communicative about my dental needs. The team was quick and efficient and seriously valued patient comfort. Overall wonderful experience and great staff - I would highly recommend.

With a name like affordable dentures I wasn’t sure if they do scaling for teeth. I came in and inquired and they do. Since the office is not super busy they are able to really take their time and not rush which is what I was looking for. It had been three years since my last scaling and I had so much buildup and staining on my teeth but after about 45 minutes , my teeth were brand new again!

I can’t thank Dr. Rafa enough. I woke up with a swollen face due to an infected tooth and a massive amount of pain. On top of this I have EXTREME dental anxiety/trauma. Dr Rafa was able to get me in and taken care of all while being overly communicative, patient and empathetic with me. What probably would take a normal amount of time took me a bit longer but that is because he took the time to listen to me and give me breaks when I needed and helped me through the whole process. I can’t thank him enough for being able to help me and get me taken care of.

Stopped down for a cleaning and was really impressed with Dr. Rafa and his team. The office was really clean and the tech felt new and cool compared to my last place. I was impressed by their attention to detail, and the way my teeth felt after. The receptionist Mya was exceptionally kind as well! Will be returning.
