So far so good the lower dentures I think are bigger than they need to be because they are cutting into my lower gum and mouth. I can’t move my tongue or anything to be honest so I took them out the second day evening. I’m doing much better right now, but I have an appointment coming up on Wednesday. I had to redirect my appointments. Hopefully, we can straighten it out thank y’all so much. Aside from being hungry I’m doing well lol. For you patients, who have Devoted Insurance, forget about it they do not accept it and Devoted stinks as far as I’m concerned so far, I’ve had a great experience with the staff and the dentist. Thanks again.

Great service and a big shout out to Dr Loreal Williams and her assistant. Although a bit of a lengthy process, they took good care of me during the procedure and showed professionalism. They were also very kind. They accepted my insurance and the visit was very smooth. Highly recommended.

Excellence in customer service, dental options and professional service. I have not had such a positive dental appointment anywhere. I had a few issues with dentures at fitting and they were quick to say they are not right we are going to make this right. Continued excellence.

They were very kind, professional and the atmosphere was comforting. I had extractions and upper denture and so glad I went back to the Affordable Dentures in Huntersville !! They made my parcel plate last year and it was perfect ! I have no complaints at all and definitely give them 5 stars !!!

Would have more work done if my Aetna discount card got me a better discount. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Everyone was awesome, professional and polite. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with getting my questions answered if she didn't know the response.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Her responses to my questions and comments surrounding the re line and x-ray were concise and clear. I also liked that she wasn't messy as she did her job. That gave me confidence in her work, cleanliness and safety.

The doctor was also professional and friendly. I especially like her attention to detail. She asked for my feedback on fit and comfort. That demonstrated her confidence in her expertise and that she cared about me as a customer.

This appointment improved tremendously over all previous appointments. I left feeling Very Pleased! I will "definitely " recommend this company to family and friends based on this appointment.
