Friendly staff, helped me process insurance, good pricing, worked with me on request for gold crowns, implants are not a fun process to go through but they made it as easy as they could and the pricing for me was about $4k cheaper than going through your dentist and their scam referral partners they throw on you.

I would like to take a moment and share my extremely positive experience with Dr. Kleiman and his staff at Affordable Dentures and Implants in Montgomery Village, MD. I have worn / needed dentures for most of my life due to a bicycle accident as a young child. I have had numerous partials over the years, and my existing one lasted around 10 years, but was non-removable, and had caused the underlying anchoring teeth (3 of them to decay). I could no longer use the existing partial that I had and knew that I needed the 3 supporting teeth extracted. When I went to Dr. Kleiman's office in Montgomery Village, I was immediately treated with respect, kindness, and empathy from Dr. Kleiman and his staff. The office visit and the x-rays (initial consultation) were free. After reviewing the x-rays and performing a (painless) dental examination (no poking or prodding), Dr. Kleiman presented the options to me and laid out the treatment plan in a clear, concise and non-confusing manner. He scheduled me for 3 extractions and also for a "healing denture" following the extractions. He indicated I would receive my permanent bridge six to nine months after the extractions allowing time for my gums to fully heal. The following week, I went back to have my extractions done, and to be honest, I was quite nervous about the procedure. I can't say enough, how gentle and kind and caring Dr. Kleiman and his assistant were during the procedure. He was very attentive to my concerns and very careful to not cause me discomfort. He numbed my gums first prior to the Novacaine shots, so the shots really did not hurt. The extractions went very smoothly, and painlessly. After the procedure, he gave me his mobile number and told me to call him if I needed him. I am so grateful to Dr. Kleiman and his staff for such a wonderful experience. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but now, I'm not too nervous about it. If you find yourself needing dentures, or implants, please do consider this practice. You will not be disappointed.
