Maggie was great, she was in registration and scheduling. Nuvia, was patient with my 91 year old mother. Mom has aphasia and needs things repeated sometimes. Dr. Patel was very understanding and listened to our request and made the best recommendations for us. The team was very understanding and respectful. Thank you.

Walked in the office and was greeted by Cheri she was awesome and very professional. Mimi the lab manager also answered all my questions, she was amazing.The clinic was was very helpful. Can't wait to start treatment.

I want to start off saying I was nervous and in 2 days felt whole again. The staff here was amazing. From the staff at the front Maggie being so welcoming to Cherry being patient going above and beyond with Judy to assist in throughly explaining coverage and the different options multiple times. Nuvia was very knowledgeable and assured me the doctors would take care of me. Both Dr. Hassan and Patel were great. Dr. Patel essentially got me through a trusted fitting and finalization to my liking. Overall this staff deserves the highest recognition!

My mom met with Dr. Tran, and we were very impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Everything was explained clearly, and she felt "in good hands" throughout the entire visit. Many thanks to Judy, Maggie, and Cheri! They are warm, patient, and showed real empathy to her needs, and were very supportive, helping make the entire process easy and stress free. I wish I knew the names of everyone we encountered - every staff member we came across was helpful, respectful, and welcoming. It's clear that each person genuinely cares. Outstanding level of care! Highly recommend!
