Great customer service I LOVEd IT

I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for affordable dentures.

My first visit was frustrating, but not because they did anything wrong. It was discovered that I had high blood pressure, and they could not do my extractions until it was under control. I was in a lot of pain and did not handle this news well, but everyone was so kind to me. I'm so grateful they directed me to a doctor because after getting on proper meds, I feel amazing.

It took two weeks to get the all-clear from my doctor, and the day I brought my release form to this office, they did my impressions and scheduled my extractions for the next day. You just don't get that kind of care in most places.

Extractions were done so fast. Dr. Caples did a great job and made it as painless and as fast as possible. The worst part of the extractions was the numbing shots, and these 14 extractions went more smoothly and were less painful than getting a filling at other dental offices in the past. I got immediate dentures that Dr. Caples put on immediately after the extractions and had to leave them on 24 hours.

I have had 3 visits since my extractions: 2 for adjustments to help my dentures fit better and one today to check my extractions and to have the lower partial adjusted in one small spot that was causing pain. They feel and look so good now, and I am so grateful for a new smile. I know the next year will bring more adjustments, but I am so happy with the results I've gotten so far.

If you are considering getting dentures, this is a great place to go. Everyone who works in this office is kind, skilled, and patient, and they all seem to be doing a job they were meant to do. I don't think I've ever been into a medical office of any sort where all of the staff were this amazing. They truly are special.

Other reviews have said that Dr. Caples doesn't answer questions or spend a lot of time with patients, but she does answer questions when you ask, and she is kind. This office is set up so that she can give everyone the care they need. She is the only dentist, so she does extractions and things that she needs to do, and then she has a very capable team that handles patient questions, explains the process to patients, makes adjustments, and does other tasks that don't need Dr. Caples to personally do. This might feel cold to some people, but I don't feel this way at all because everyone has their part to do and everyone does it well.

Last thoughts: getting dentures isn't fun. It's painful, it can be embarrassing, and it can be frustrating, but a new smile and a healthy mouth are worth it. With immediate dentures, they have to make an educated guess about how to make them. They have to allow for gum swelling and later shrinking, and they can't make them comfortable right away. Once you wear them for a few days, you might feel spots that rub or hurt. Some of this goes away as the swelling goes down, but you will also need to get them adjusted. It took 3 tries to get mine completely comfortable (very close on the 2nd adjustment), so try to be patient with the process. This location is excellent at getting people in as fast as they can, and as I've said above, they're all great at their job.

They have the best stuff ever they went above and beyond to help me, they were very experienced and very kind.

I had a great visit. The office staff was exceptionally nice and friendly and my service I came in for dentures upper. My overall experience was great. They told me what was I was to look for upfront. I came in. I did my exam and a week later, I did my fitting and next week I will get my dentures and that was super fast thanks affordable denture team you guys are awesome.
