When you arrive, you’ll see the dentist, who will examine your mouth and talk with you about any dental issues you are having. He or she will discuss treatment options at that time. When you have agreed on a treatment plan and are ready to proceed, payment for services is usually required at that time.
Our goal is to provide you with the best estimated cost for the services you choose. Sometimes, due to clinical issues specific to your case, additional services could be required. In such cases, the dentist will consult with you prior to providing the services.
We also want you to know what you can expect to pay before your visit, so that you can make an informed decision.
Payment & Financing
The affiliated practices providing AFFORDABLE DENTURES® accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and, in most cases, checks with valid ID. Some practices offer financing through CareCredit (a GE Capital company), but you will need to be approved by the financing company. Please note that some practices offering CareCredit require a minimum treatment fee amount to use this service.
Please check with the practice to see if CareCredit is available, what types of plans are offered, and what, if any, minimum treatment fee is required.
Subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments required. See practice for details.
If you have dental insurance, the practice will provide an appropriate dental walk-out statement. While most practices do not directly file insurance claims, you save money by filing the claim yourself. Our fees are so low that the total cost for services you receive is frequently less than the co-pay you are required to pay to your insurance carrier. The practice staff can help you calculate the costs so you can make the best decision.
Medicaid is a state-funded program that may assist adults in obtaining denture or extraction services. Not all states cover these services, and not all affiliated Affordable Dentures practices accept Medicaid insurance. If you qualify for Medicaid assistance, visit the Location menu button and search for practices that offer Medicaid coverage in your home state.
Payment from Third-Party Care Providers
Many of the affiliated dental practices have established agency or third-party care provider relationships with government and social service organizations, nursing homes, retirement home facilities, hospices, hospitals and home health agencies. Organizations like Veterans Affairs often use the denture services offered by the affiliated practices to supplement the services they provide within the VAMC. Click here to learn more.
