This group has so many nice people. But I had a big problem. When I got my soft aligns the hygienist left 6x the amount of liner in my dentures than should have been left. I had a big lip and talked like I had cotton in my mouth for two weeks. It was so bad I worked from home as I was embarrassed. I went in today and Jeannie saved me. She has my dentures fitting correctly and I no longer have buyers remorse. I feel that training is needed for the young and newer employees on how to fit dentures. It would increase patient satisfaction tremendously. Again very nice staff but need educated Jeannie is the best. She has me smiling again!

I’m so thankful for the doc and Jeanie! They listened to my concerns about my frustrations and noted a few other things that I said and the Doc said “I’ll take care of it.” Jeanie and Doc are two very compassionate people and a great asset to the team there! They were able to address my concerns and get my issues resolved. Thank you Doc and Jeanie! You two are very appreciated beyond measures!

I absolutely hate any dentist… not personally but every experience at the dentist for me has been horrifying. I’ve never met a dentist with compassion and just kindness until today. From reception all the way back to the dentist was phenomenal. The appt wasn’t for me today, I took a resident of mine. She was having some discomfort with her dentures.The assistant Jeannie was an absolute angel. She actually cared, and it showed. She fixed and cleaned her dentures right up and that was that! And the dentist Dr Burns said n/c. I just was really blown away and just so pleased with this experience. It made me a lil less scared for when I have to go through this myself. Thank YoU Jeannie and Dr Burns, for just being kind!

I was soooo thankful for Jeannie!! I had my extractions and immediate dentures done recently and was really having difficulty with them and was experiencing more pain than expected. I was really discouraged about the whole process and felt clueless of what to do. Jeannie took time with me today to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, give me suggestions and put my mind at ease as to how she would work to ensure that I could successfully wear my dentures comfortably going forward. I left there feeling so encouraged and hopeful! I truly appreciate the care and compassion she showed as I shared my experience with her and was really thankful for all the educational tools she gave me about my new denture journey. Letting the patient know what to expect before and after the procedure is so important and valuable and goes a long way in making the process successful and comfortable. Thank you Jeannie for your time, patience and genuine care!!!
