New Appointment Protocol

What We're Doing to Safely Provide Care

We are taking extraordinary precautions to ensure we safely serve patients in our dental practices.

Extra cleaning and sanitation: Our practices have always maintained a safe and clean environment. We have added extended cleaning and disinfection measures to all areas, including high-touchpoint areas (surfaces, dental chairs, bathrooms, etc) inside of each practice – this effort is on top of our standard stringent protocols. In addition, many of our practices have invested in GPS® Air Cleaning Technology to deliver cleaner, safer indoor air. Studies have proven GPS technology to reduce infectivity of certain viruses by 90% or more (source: www.globalplasmasolutions.com).

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Our practices continue to have access to and use PPE (surgical masks, face shields, gloves, gowns etc) recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for your protection and our staff’s protection during care.

Caring for staff: Our staff members continue to follow guidelines to ensure their health and safety, which includes not reporting to work if they are ill, taking their temperature during work hours, and maintaining stringent infection control best practices including hand washing and use of hand sanitizers.

What You'll Experience With Our Appointment Protocol

All Affordable Dentures & Implants practices require face coverings to be worn by patients and staff.

Depending on your local and state guidelines, the appointment protocol for your local practice may include being able to access a waiting room lobby that is set up to follow social distancing guidelines or waiting outside and calling the practice to let them know you have arrived.

Please be advised that, depending on local and state guidelines at the time of your appointment, the practice may not allow guests or family members to accompany patients to an appointment. We appreciate your understanding. Please let the team at your local practice know if you need any special accommodations or have any questions or concerns. The practice will work with you if you desire to have a virtual consultation with another family member while you are inside the practice.

At Affordable Dentures & Implants, your safety is our top priority. When you find a denture expert near you, you can feel confident knowing that we are taking all necessary precautions to protect your health, and provide you with exceptional service.
