Our practice proudly provides Affordable Dentures® and related denture and tooth extraction services. We are located in Durham, NC, and opened in March 1978. Each year we treat over 4000 denture patients who travel from Raleigh, Durham and many other communities in the surrounding area.
Bruce Gray, DDS is a General Dentist and the Practice Owner of this Durham location. Dr. Gray graduated from the University of North Carolina, School of Dentistry. Based on many years of valuable dental experience, Dr. Gray and his staff are proud to offer professional, compassionate care to patients that visit this practice.
Dr. Gray’s dental center also has an on-site dental lab that fabricates new dentures and provides repairs and relines, often with same day service. Being able to provide dentures in a day is a significant advantage, especially for patients who have traveled far distances. The on-site lab also eliminates the need to use outside commercial labs, therefore helping to keep costs low.
Our lab technicians are highly skilled professionals that have crafted thousands of dentures. Their training and experience is an asset to Dr. Gray’s practice and gives you the confidence that your denture is being fabricated locally in North Carolina.

Payment for service is required in the morning after you see the dentist and a treatment plan is approved based on your clinical needs. This practice accepts: Cash, Check with valid ID, Mastercard, Visa, Discover.

If you have dental insurance through a carrier not accepted at this practice, an appropriate dental walk out statement will be provided so you can file your claim directly with your insurance carrier.

Affordable Dentures fees are so low, the total cost for the services you will receive at this location are likely less than the co-pay you will be required to pay at most other general dentistry practices. The practice staff can help you calculate the costs so you can make the best decision.

The following service time guidelines are followed by this practice. Please note that in most cases APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED. However, to receive same day service it will be necessary for you to register in the practice at opening time:
Dentures:
Impressions for Immediates (same day service): Register before 9:00 am.
Impressions for Replacement Dentures (same day service): Register between 7:30 am - 9:00 am.
Same-day on Custom & Premium dentures is available in many cases. Please ask for more information upon registering at the office.
This office must seat the denture.
Mini Dental Implants - call the office for more information.
Extractions:
Extractions for Immediate Dentures: Register before 9:00 am
Emergency Extractions: Register by 7:30 am, patients will be seen after morning impressions when time permits.
Other Services:
Consultation: Register at 10:00 am.
Repair: Register before 9:00 am.
Reline: Register before 9:00 am.
Adjustments: Register at 10:00 am.
