Our practice proudly provides Affordable Dentures® and related denture and tooth extraction services. We are located in Colfax, NC and opened in March 1978. Each year, we treat more than 5,500 denture patients who travel from Winston-Salem, Greensboro and many other communities in the surrounding area.
Ward S. Lambeth, DDS, is a general dentist and the practice owner of this Colfax location. He graduated from University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. Based on many years of valuable dental experience, Dr. Lambeth and his staff are proud to offer professional, compassionate care to patients that visit this practice.
Dr. Lambeth’s dental center also has an on-site dental lab that fabricates new dentures and provides repairs and relines, often with same-day service. Being able to provide dentures in a day is a significant advantage, especially for patients who have traveled far distances. The on-site lab also eliminates the need to use outside commercial labs, therefore helping to keep costs low.
Our highly skilled lab technicians have crafted thousands of dentures. Their training and experience are assets to Dr. Lambeth’s practice and give you the confidence that your denture is being fabricated locally in North Carolina.

Method of Payment
Payment for service is required in the morning after you see the dentist and a treatment plan is approved based on your clinical needs. This practice accepts: Cash, Check with valid ID, Mastercard, Visa, Discover.

This practice is unable to file insurance claims (see below).

If you have dental insurance through a carrier not accepted at this practice, an appropriate dental walk out statement will be provided so you can file your claim directly with your insurance carrier.

Affordable Dentures fees are so low, the total cost for the services you will receive at this location are likely less than the co-pay you will be required to pay at most other general dentistry practices. The practice staff can help you calculate the costs so you can make the best decision.

Services Times
The following service time guidelines are followed by this practice. Please note that in most cases APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED. However, to receive same-day service, it will be necessary for you to register in the practice at opening time:
Dentures:
Impressions for Immediates (same-day service): Register at 6:30 am
Impressions for Replacement Dentures (same-day service): Register at 6:30 am
Same day for Economy dentures. Next day for Custom dentures.
Limit of 45 denture patients per day (does not include adjustment or repair patients).
Extractions:
Extractions for Immediate Dentures: Register between 6:30 am and 8:30 am
Emergency Extractions: Register between 6:30 am and 8:30 am
An x-ray is taken in the morning; extractions are performed around 1:00 pm. Limit of 45 patients per day.
Other Services:
Consultation: Register at 6:30 am (limit of 45 patients per day)
Repair: Register before 9:30 am
Reline: Register at 6:30 am (limit of 45 patients per day)
Adjustments: Register at 7:00 am (offered between 7:00 and 10:00 am)
