Our practice proudly provides Affordable Dentures® and related denture and tooth extraction services. We are located in Bedford, VA and opened in July 1985. Each year, we treat more than 5,000 denture patients who travel from Bedford, Roanoke, Lynchburg and many other communities in the surrounding area.
Jennifer Alston-Sako, DDS is a general dentist and the practice owner of this Bedford location. She graduated from University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. Based on many years of valuable dental experience, Dr. Sako and her staff are proud to offer professional, compassionate care to patients that visit this practice.
Dr. Sako’s dental center also has an on-site dental lab that fabricates new dentures and provides repairs and relines, often with same-day service. Being able to provide dentures in a day is a significant advantage, especially for patients who have traveled far distances. The on-site lab also eliminates the need to use outside commercial labs, therefore helping to keep costs low.
Our highly skilled lab technicians have crafted thousands of dentures. Their training and experience are assets to Dr. Sako’s practice and give you the confidence that your denture is being fabricated locally in Virginia.

Method of Payment
Payment for service is required in the morning after you see the dentist and a treatment plan is approved based on your clinical needs. This practice accepts: Cash, Check with valid ID, Mastercard, Visa, Discover.
Financing

Insurance Information

If you have dental insurance through a carrier not accepted at this practice, an appropriate dental walk out statement will be provided so you can file your claim directly with your insurance carrier.

Affordable Dentures fees are so low, the total cost for the services you will receive at this location are likely less than the co-pay you will be required to pay at most other general dentistry practices. The following service time guidelines are followed by this practice. Please note that in most cases APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED. However, to receive same-day service, it will be necessary for you to register in the practice at opening time:
Dentures:
Impressions for Immediates - register between 7:30 am - 9:00 am
Impressions for Replacements - register at 7:30 am - 9:00 am
This office does afternoon impressions from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm and you will not receive same-day service.
Same-day Economy dentures. Next day on Custom dentures and one week on Premium dentures.
This office offers the Denture Stabilization System (mini dental implants) - please call the office for more information
Extractions:
Immediates: Register between 7:30 am - 9:00 am
