Financial Services

The Financial Services department at Affordable Care coordinates all payroll activities (paychecks, payroll taxes and W-2’s.) As an affiliated practice owner, you never have to write a check. Simply approve each dental staff employee’s time sheet, and the time sheets are transmitted to Affordable Care for processing. Employees are paid securely and efficiently through direct deposit. 

This department also facilitates all accounts payable, 401k administration, and monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements. We can also originate a yearly forecast or budget for your practice.

Finally, we operate a cash management program for your practice and are able to advance funds to your P.C. in the event of operating losses, so that the practice may continue to operate.
