Associate with Success

Do you want to advance your dental career by working in an established, successful practice? Affordable Dentures is an ideal opportunity for established dentists, as well as recent dental school graduates. As an associate dentist, you'll be joining the nation’s largest network of affiliated practices providing same-day removable prosthetics. You'll earn a competitive base salary with bonus program, receive excellent benefits, and each day you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients you serve.

Practice with a Purpose

An Affordable Dentures practice offers a unique business model, but it is also a mission. You will work in a practice that primarily serves low-income and elderly patients, with services focused on removable prosthetics, tooth extractions, and minimally invasive implants.

While total tooth loss is declining, there is a wide disparity among socio-economic groups. Lower-income individuals continue to suffer disproportionately. This patient population has been vastly underserved, largely because of the cost of treatment in traditional general dentistry practices. In addition, more than 45 million Americans currently wear some type of removable prosthesis, and recent studies have found that the average denture is over 15 years old. By offering a less expensive option, Affordable Dentures practices are reaching out to meet the needs of this deserving and appreciative patient population.

The Affordable Dentures Practice Profile

  • Mission-oriented practice, serving primarily low-income and elderly patients
  • Services focused almost exclusively on removable prosthetics, extractions, and mini dental implants
  • On-site laboratory solely dedicated to the practicing dentists
  • Patients can receive a full denture or partial the same day
  • Monday through Friday – no nights or weekends

Questions Anyone?

How much does an associate position pay?

The compensation package varies among practices. But, you would receive a guaranteed base salary, plus the opportunity to make additional bonus compensation based upon the revenue growth of the practice.

Who do I work for – Affordable Care, Inc. or the practice owner?

You would be an employee of the dental practice and the practice owner, not Affordable Care.

How can I make more?

Your compensation is reviewed annually, and increases in pay and/or bonus would be decided between you and the practice owner.

How many patients will I see on average day?

In the Affordable Dentures practice model, you are not assigned specific patients. For example, you may provide an impression for a patient in the morning, and the practice owner may provide the extraction services in the afternoon.  It varies among practices, but in practices that need an associate, there are typically 10 to 20 new patients a day.
